Behinderten Toilette mit Euroschlüssel nicht nutzbar. Dort arbeitende Dame (bei den Toiletten) sehr unfreundlich und nicht zuverstehen. Also gezwungenermaßen die Bezahltoilette genutzt, an sich kein Problem, wenn diese sauber gewesenen wären. Wollten für die Weiterreise noch Kaffee holen, nach 5 Minuten immer noch niemand an der Kasse zu sehen, bei dem diesen hätten bezahlen können sind wir ohne Kaffee weiter.
Chefin schreit Mitarbeiter wegen Kleinigkeit an, „Knusperschnitzel“ trocken und alt, und für den Wickelraum/Behinderten-WC läuft man Treppen runter, dann bemerkt man, dass man einen Schlüssel braucht, muss wieder hochlaufen und dann einen Pfand (Ausweis/Handy) da lassen. Lieber anderen Rasthof anfahren!

Heute ist zu wenig Personal im Einsatz, dabei ist heute ein Reisetag. Personal ist unfreundlich. Ein Sanifairbon von gerade eben konnte nicht eingelöst werden weil er wohl schon woanders verbraucht worden sei. Hallo! Der war eben erst gedruckt worden.

Hier auf Google steht die Raststätte wäre 24h geöffnet, aber als wir um 21:50 an die Tür kamen ist eine Frau zur Tür gekommen und besaß auch noch die Frechheit direkt vor unserer Nase die Tür abzusperren. Geht absolut gar nicht!
Sehr schlechte Glatteis Beseitigung. Extrem gefährlich. Toilette war Ok
