the big heart because on the departure of our holiday, it is by joining ajaccio by corte that we fell on this little piece of charm and authenticity. The setting is beautiful with horses in the nearby and what a welcome! We were touched by their kindness and willingness to give each client the best of what they wanted. the breakfast was in him a feast, croissant, chocolate, two breads per person, a yogurt, hot drinks at the choice with an extra orange juice and a multitude of jams and homemade honey. This is the fourth year we stop at xavier and his wife. An incredible memory. We're coming and they remember us. simple but very good meals. perso I recommend veal balls with tomato sauce and dessert the châtaigne flan served warm. This man with a singing accent Corsica loves his profession. his wife too. yesterday at noon the tables were well filled and the service was very fast. I say bravo! He likes to talk to everyone, has a sense of humor with the clients and his wife he's takin'. He sells myrtle liqueur and also homemade clementine. Great for a good time. We'll be back next year. For us it's a mandatory stop.
an excellent surprise during our trip to Corsican! We spent one night in one of the rooms, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated:)we ate at the restaurant in the evening where everything was delicious, from the myrtle to the sheep cheese! Breakfast was just as good! It's a simple and charming place that deserves to be stopped. As for the owners, they are simply perfect. they love what they do and it feels. humour, corsican accent and good mood, everything is there to make you spend a great time:) thank you!

the hotel u outpiani is located 12 km from Corte on the rn 200, in a very green area and close to the river tavignano. the rooms we were occupying had recently been built and furnished, so they still needed some refinement. In any case, we must emphasize the jovial courtesy and the kindness of saverio, the owner, always ready to satisfy all our requests. breakfast not included in the price, based on milk, tea, coffee and homemade jams. cleaning of satisfactory rooms.
campsite on the very pleasant farm with shaded pitches, new and very clean sanitary, direct access to a pretty river equipped with a crossing raft. You can enjoy small boats to walk around. the restaurant offers local cuisine with excellent products. brocciu cannellonis are delicious, meat also. the reception is friendly.the children enjoyed a lot and we already ask to go back.
always a pleasure to find, the xavier boss in his friendly restaurant well located between corte and aléria, with his small beach on the Tavignano!Xavier is also breeder and produces his charcuterie. The place looked nice and the host was very friendly but the food was truly dreadful. Microwaved lasagne and a salad without any sort of finesse - looked like 2 old lettuces had been pulled out of the ground and put on each plate. If you are coming from the south - drive on - there are much better choices a little further north in Corte.

back after four years, nothing changed! welcome always as friendly. aperitif offered. veal balls extra tomato sauce. lunch break in a very pleasant and quiet setting. prices have increased but remain very reasonable. We'll go back there without hesitation in the next passage.
