Nous sommes allés manger avec l'idée de prendre une pizza, mais la carte nous a fait changer d'avis. Les pâtes aux anchois, pignons et crumble d''encre de seiche ainsi que les raviolis au gorgonzola et noix étaient tout simplement excellents. De plus l''accueil était chaleureux et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise. C'est une adresse à recommander et les prix sont tout à fait corrects.
Concluded the GR20 we spent two days resting near Ile Rousse and looking for a place away from the coast where to dine we found U Turchinu. This restaurant bar is located in a lovely place, the cozy atmosphere and good food have done everything else! I highly recommend stopping here, really deserves a lot, the owner will know you well to advise. You will not be disappointed!! !
As we deliver in the village during the holidays, we go there from time to time. Nice little restaurant, small menu but of high quality, the hostess works wonders. Semi-cooked tuna with sesame seeds for my husband and gnocco in tomato sauce for me. A delight. I will be going back there next year.

It is always a pleasure to find the calm of the terrace of Turchinu, away from the seaside become disastrous. A simpler map (it may be better) but always fine and delicious cuisine, a good welcome. It's a baunt for Palasca.
