Little jewel of the Alps! In fact, we spent a weekend with my spouse in Saint Paul and ate all evenings in Ubaïa. Not only were the dishes of an incredible taste but also the owner and manager of a kindness and a warm welcome. By this we recommend this restaurant without any hesitations. My only regret is that it is not closer to where we live.
