The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation in the Mainz area, so expectations were correspondingly high. The service definitely lives up to its reputation: friendly, courteous, fast and attentive. The food was ok. If I understand correctly, dishes are mostly prepared in advance, so little or no variation is possible, for example if you want to remove an ingredient or swap out a side dish. The taste was ok. Fish was good, but the potatoes on top were not seasoned. A little salt would have helped a lot. I also missed a fresh side dish. Es ist zu laut, es sieht aus wie die Kneipe eines Fußballvereins- und obwohl ich das alles nicht so mag, war ich total überwältigt und extremst begeistert vom Gesamtpaket!!! Der Sevice war Superklasse, das Essen ein Gedicht.... am Ende des Abend war ich verliebt in die Lautstärke und die Deko : ich will da wieder hin!!!!!
