Terrible! Hot place, they save on air conditioning with a lot of heat sources on the tables. Half of our order didn't come! Even though we complain, no one cares. You feel obligated to eat all the hot dishes, as they only released sashimi after 1 hour and we complained and even then the other orders for cold fish didn't come, after that an order appeared on our table every 20 to 30 minutes. Then they came to tell us that the kitchen would close, we placed orders, we told them that we were still waiting for half of the previous orders and it ended up that neither the previous orders nor part of the current orders arrived. And paying almost 150 reais for a rodízio and not eating anything is the height of it, and they also don't have seafood in the rodízio! just shrimp tasting, which is LIMITED to 3 per person, a carvery costing almost 150 reais, 3 shrimp per person is hilarious. Food quality is very good, everything is fresh and tasty. BUT the service is very bad, takes too long (orders take more than an hour to be delivered... and few attendants.
