Fantastic Lunch at Ukai! We had an incredible lunch at Ukai, all thanks to our amazing waiter, Aditi. From the moment we walked in, Aditi greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome that instantly set a wonderful tone for our midday meal. The level of attentive service was exceptional throughout our lunch. Aditi was highly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and checking in at the perfect times. What truly elevated our experience was Aditi's expert recommendations. She guided us through the menu with great knowledge, suggesting the perfect dishes based on our preferences. We dropped into Ukai while doing some shopping and sightseeing. What a find! Our host Aditi was so personable, kind and accomodating. Oliver, our barman was extremely knowledgeable in making cocktails. Highly recommend a visit as you will not be disappointed.
Really enjoyed our visit. The food was delicious. Nice atmosphere and polite staff. A couple of small delays, but they were short of staff, 2 of the waiter/waitress. I think they need more waiting staff. Overall a great experience.
Used to come here a lot but staff just rude now considering how many times I’ve been there they refused to let me use the toilet when pregnant lady at the front dismissive won’t be receiving my custom again

Amazing as usual. Went for drinks with my family and listening some nice music, but been there lots of times before and was the same standards. Super recommend.
The vibe of the restaurant is just perfect, we had such a good time here. The food, the service and the ambiance were all on point, the sushi was delicious.
The staff was rude and unwelcoming. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby with courteous and professional service. I would not recommend this place.
Everything that we ordered was very good. The waitress was very nice, a young cheerful lady that made us feel at home. The mochis are very good.
