What an amazing journey through Peru experience for an evening meal. Every trip of the night was an absolute pleasure with friendly staff all the way through the start with parking service. The restaurant had a good atmosphere, although seating could be arranged better. Eating was just speechless. Not only was every dish trip beautifully presented, the taste was simply amazing and cooked for perfection. We are happy to feed again here in the future :

It's reputation is less than the actual reality until you dine and then you see why this venue is exceptional. A culinary journey, impeccable service, cocktails, ambience, decor, OMG i loved it. And next is to stay and relish in a hotel where as a guest you feel every bit special. Forget the Ritz, uma in pan pacific sets the benchmark others wish they could only reach.

A lovey night. Great food with really diverse, different flavors. We had a nice table off to the side so didn't feel crowded and unlike some establishments we have been to lately it wasn't so noisy we could not hear each other. Great décor not too fancy or too casual. Highly recommend.

Deliciously creative menu, 5-star presentation, beautiful ambience, nice staff and friendly service, 1. two courses also came out quickly, only the net lasted a while (30min) but it must have been an unusually busy night. All in all, beautiful experience. Thank you.

The 5 course dinner was amazing. My friend doesnt eat seafood they were able to accommodate. Service was great the red wine from South America was delish. Hope to be back one day.
