Umai Japanese Cuisine

I love sushi. I typically buy it from the supermarket or places like Yo Sushi. The green tea, miso soup, and warm sake were excellent and truly exceptional. The salmon was delicious, and the tuna was exceptional - I've never had it so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. The surroundings at this restaurant are beautiful, and Shrewsbury is a wonderful place to visit and explore. It's a smaller restaurant, so it's recommended to make a reservation for both evening and daytime visits. The chicken bento box seemed to be a popular choice when we visited.

This delightful Japanese restaurant offers a variety of dishes to cater to all tastes at very reasonable prices. The food is freshly prepared and served hot. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant is efficiently managed. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. It was our first time there and the food was fantastic, yet reasonably priced. The eel sushi was outstanding, and the katsu was heavenly. The whole experience was truly authentic and Japanese-inspired.

Lovely place to eat sushi, I think best in Shropshire and service is great I recommend
