One of my favorite spots! The sushi here is incredible, and the Hosomaki is an amazing deal at just $20. The Hot and Sour Soup is fantastic, but be careful—it's quite spicy! I highly recommend the crab avocado salad; it's more like an appetizer with a few extra ingredients served in an avocado shell, making it more than just a salad. Presentation is a strong point for Umami. My only issue is that some of the appetizers don’t quite match the high standards of the rest of the menu. If you focus on the main courses, you'll enjoy luxurious flavors at reasonably affordable prices.
The food was somewhat disappointing. The pictures on the menu looked more appealing than the actual meals. The teriyaki chicken seemed overcooked and was lacking in teriyaki sauce. The vegetables on the side were completely uncooked. The calamari wasn’t deep-fried; it was just squid rings with barbecue sauce. The broth of the udon soup tasted overwhelmingly of soy sauce. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. However, our server was very kind.
The food quality is fine. Dont waste your money ordering the hibachi ginger sauce. The employees dont know the difference between the salad and hibachi ginger. I have to call to confirm that they include the correct item. I used to not care but now its every time and they keep taking my money. Its bad business practices. Call to confirm your order no matter what it is.
We visit this restaurant from time to time, but the food we had yesterday was absolutely incredible. Our chef was fantastic! Every dish was bursting with flavor. The rice was the best we've ever had there, and we've been coming for years! The shrimp was marvelous! We always choose the Hibachi, and we love it every time!

In another visit in 2024 for Valentine’s Day, the service was quite mediocre. I ordered a glass of wine, which took 40 minutes to arrive, and my wife never received her salad. Additionally, our waiter didn’t come back to check if we needed anything else. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service.
This is our favorite sushi restaurant! They serve the best crab Rangoon we've ever tasted. The menu has a fantastic selection, and we always leave with leftovers for another meal. The only downside is the entrance, which is in need of repairs and takes away from the overall charm of the lovely interior.
I've visited this restaurant many times, but today my sushi was exceptional! I went on a Sunday around 2 PM and sat at the sushi bar. I simply told the sushi chef my preferences, and he perfectly delivered! I hope he sees this review. Thank you for such an incredible dish!
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants since moving to Miami! My boyfriend and I have ordered from here multiple times, and it’s always delicious, fresh, and comes in generous portions. I couldn't recommend it more!

The Traditional Hibachi Chicken Breast Lunch is outstanding and never fails to impress. The portion sizes are generous, and the flavor is fantastic!
