I would give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5 if Google allowed half points, so based on their system it is a 5. Regardless, the food was excellent. We dined here for a joint birthday party and it was some of the best sushi we've ever had. As sushi enthusiasts, we ordered from the a la carte menu and enjoyed the luxury sushi plate along with some other dishes, including the recommended salmon head which was a delightful surprise. The standout sushi items for me were the Smoked Eel (unagi) and the Prawn. Even the accompanying sides like the fresh ginger and vegetables were impressive. The only reason for the slight deduction is that I believe the service and ambiance could be improved to match the quality of the food. However, we will definitely be returning.

This small and cozy restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine. They have a large menu with a wide selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as daily specials. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Overall, it is one of the best dining experiences in Manchester, without the hefty price tag.
