After our first dinner there, we went to pay and were informed that their gift card machine was down, which meant we couldn't use the gift card. I was disappointed but figured we would just come back another time, so I paid with my credit card without giving it too much thought. A week later, we decided to return for another meal, and once again, when it came time to pay, the employee told us that the gift card machine was down again. Given that I know a bit about POS systems, I realized that the same machine used for credit card payments also processes gift cards. I dream of Uni Sake, all the time. I don’t live in Baltimore, due to moving overseas. But I can honestly say, I have never found a sushi place like umi sake here in Australia. My go to rolls when I visit family that are a must have: Viva Las Vegas Roll Flaming Lips Roll No Name Roll They have the biggest variety of sushi, and their general Tao chicken is mouth watering. Guys, this is a must if you are local to Timonium. And I am genuinely jealous I can’t get umi sake every week.

I ordered ramen and was disappointed. It was a blob of ramen noodles submerged in simple broth with pinch of shredded scallions. The noodles were stuck to each other like you would see them in a package sold in stores. There was fried chicken on a side which was hard to chew. I liked the vegetable tempura. Good portion size and tasted good.
