We spent a moment with friends, the servers are very friendly although the notorious lack of experience is not without consequences... Negative experience at all levels: The hamburger steak was too cooked but the cheddar was not. No specific cooking request for the steak but an ambiguous explanation about this false step instead of minima an excuse or suggest to change the burger. For lamb ribs at 20€, little meat for many bones... 3 tiny odds. The dessert, the lemon pie is announced "in verrine" as heavily stated by a server "all our pies are served in verrine! Big disappointment... the setting is nice but: the dishes are not of quality. These are the worst desserts we ate. A very sweet lemon pie at the limit of being immangeable... and for strawberry pie: a ready pie with a little bomb cream and some strawberries planted in it. Not to mention that the cream was not fresh but it must be due to the fact that we waited 1 hour (handed before being served after the dessert order. A small comment also for the servers running throughout the service to do as soon as possible between the tables and the kitchen located at the other end of the guinguette.... during this time the customers wait... and the waiters must be exhausted by all these back trips!!
Disappointment over the contenance of the glass of wine that would be more tasting than a spray glass; more we offer you a glass of rosé pool but be careful it is not the rosé sweet and sweet swimming pool of our city but dry rosé with ice cubes in which is presented under the name rosé swimming pool! Disappointment on the tray of charcuterie that is not of the same quality as last year, first bread pancake fresh, second bread pancake from the noon? 'Cause really dry. In comparison to other guinguettes around Fronton we will not return! Too bad because the place is pleasant and smiling servers and listening to customers.
A guinguette with a nice frame under the trees. The staff is very friendly and the dishes served are of good quality. We took the vegetarian board and the cheese board. Everything was really extra! No large kitchen but fresh products cooked as needed. On the wine side, the menu is of course honoured to the wines of Fronton with cuvées. La cuvée Terre de Négrette du Château de Viguerie is to be discovered!

A fade cod tartar with 3 pieces of grapefruit, a trout and ratatouille thrown in a plate without presentation and a burger with a super market bread that has barely tasted... At the burger price it hurts... much less than last year. Fortunately the animation and service saved the evening.
Lunch in this quiet place under oaks is memorable. The meal was delicious and well presented. The service is great. The waiter vanished the products of local producers... and he was right. We ordered a birthday cake that we loved... Mention to the pastry! For sure we'll be back.
Arrived for lunch in advance with a friend, very nice and quick staff despite the presence of large tabloid and the tables that fill very quickly, pleasant atmosphere and meals that matched our expectations, a Burger and a vegetarian plate, in short we had a good time!
Unlike previous opinions, we had a very good evening. The dishes are hearty and the vegetarian plate very good. Very friendly and framed server as expected from a guinguette in a setting that lends itself very well. I'll be back with great pleasure
