the location, at the top of the village of saignon, with a panoramic view, is unique and truly remarkable. the frame, with several terraces, is particularly pleasant, especially since the tables are sufficiently spaced. service is attentive and effective. On the map, it's a no-flap, be it the perfect egg with the truffle, just. perfect ; from the daurade, to the precise cooking and the right sauce ; duck, melting and delicately accompanied ; or chocolate-burned cream, very gourmet indeed. good local wine (glassware.) cherry on the cake, evenings that can be fresh, the restaurant kindly provides blankets. brief, a good time and an address I highly recommend. Of course, you have to book.
The outdoor garden experience is beyond expectations with spectacular views of the Luberon Valley from most tables. Our dinner (2 guests) last night was one of the best meals we have ever experienced that we travel the world. The menu includes a selection of creative cocktails and fine wines. Fine food is very important to us. We have never had a Michelin start-up place to meet the quality of food and services we have been dealing with here. The evening was stellar.
perfect! from the magnificent setting to the very beautiful reception, passing through the attentive service, everything we loved cooking, what to say? if it was just a festival of flavors. everything is perfectly presented and each dish has been a success. We had the chance to spend this wonderful moment admiring the sunset on the roof. What happiness! Thank you to all the staff of this very beautiful establishment.
They pay for the view and not the overpriced average standard .taste challenged foods. However, the service staff are both charming and hard working.The Maitre d’ was both rude and arrogant. No repetition performance for us .far better restaurants around ...and... do not need any unnecessary arrogance when paying inflatable prices .
Magnifique adresse... Accueil avec cet accent chantant... Un apero sur la terrasse du haut... Un repas en intérieur sous les voûtes...
