This is my second time dining. Service was just ok. Nothing special. It was NYE and early. Not busy at all.Maybe 4 or 5 tables so early in the evening the staff was still decorating for later, which was not a problem. Just had to ask for steak knives and water refills for it to be so quiet.The food was ok. I had the filet, and it was cooked well. We shared the cauliflower au gratin, brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes. The ribeye was good. The ooey, gooey, mooey burger was just what it sounds. The person loved it, but it was quite messy.I will go back but not in a rush.
We were the only 2 in the restaurant for a 4pm birthday lunch. Nicholas our server was great and attentive. The brussel sprouts were wonderful! My dad had the lamp chops, which were ok. I had a salad with steak. I ordered the steak medium, and it came out over cooked. Nicholas noticed right away and brought a manager over. They took my salad back and brought back a steak that was too rare. I did not want to send back again so just ate the salad and brought the steak home. Disappointed as there were no other customers in there.
We visited Onkel Jack for the first time, as we usually go to Sugarloaf. The steaks were cooked to our liking, but they were quite tough. They should have been top-notch, which makes me question the quality. The manager came over to ask if everything was okay, and we mentioned our concerns about the steaks. She said she would adjust our bill, but it never happened. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be returning.
Absolutely loved this place. Got a build your own burger, bacon was crisp and delicious. The burger was a tad overcooked, which I personally don't mind, but when I mentioned just so they knew they offered to comp some desert. I said no and they brought it anyway lolMichael was fantastic. Super attentive and pointed out the specials and favorites. Definitely going to be returning.

Marlee is absolutely amazing. So informative when it comes to drink and appetizers!! Austin is amazing too. Such a good manager ... kind and very informative as well. Micheal is very kind as well!
I absolutely love this place! The meat tastes fantastic, and the service is outstanding. Today, my waiter was Joseline, and she was amazing. I would give it a perfect score of 100!
Ryan, our server, set the tone. Extremely professional and personal. Even before receiving our food the manager came and asked if we were okay. Our meal was 5 Star.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Peachtree Corners. The burgers are fantastic, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming.

Good meats on the more expensive side. Not for everyone not for every week but definitely for a special occasions.
You absolutely have to try the bacon appetizer. After that, everything else is just amazing!
