I live in Meribel for the winter season and found Uncle Tsu's. I was blown away from the variety of vegan dishes. From the crispy vegan spring rolls to the spicy vegan noodles, each dish was super flavors and all cooked fresh for us. What I loved most about Uncle Tsu's was the passion and devotion that went into every dish. The owners were super friendly and welcoming and they love what they do. I took all my friends and family here. I recommend Uncle Tsu's Vegan and non vegan Asian street food to anyone who visits Meribel Mottert. Whether you are vegan or not, the food here is safe to impress. Don't miss this jewel of a restaurant!
As previous reviews have mentioned, this place is much better than the standard overpriced burger/pizza places in the area. We skied from Courchevel for something different and we’re very glad we did! We had vegetable spring rolls, chicken gyozas and chicken noodles everything was very tasty and seemed to be cooked fresh to order. The meal was a little expensive for what it was, but to be expected for the area. Service: Dine in
5 stars! the best meal we have in mottaret, friendly service and a great selection of foods on the menu. catered for vegan, veggie and carnivores. many choices and everything we had was delicious. would recommend everyone - the satay vegan bowl was so tasteful and everything was so fresh. the bao burger had great sauces and crispy tofu. great to finally have some different possibilities in the resort!
Visited twice during our trip, and the food was above and beyond any of the bigger bar/restaurant insipid burger/pasta staples. Freshly made and full of flavour, we had the spring rolls, gyzo, spicy chicken ramen and the chicken curry, each a little different, but clean, fresh flavours bursting out. Eat there now, thank me later The mochi are damn fine too

all reviews here are positive.. but lets be honest the ramen is not good is just basic and really expensive : portion feels small and its mostly broth. And yes is true that this is best ramen in this area but..its the only one. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is great! Very friendly service, many vegan options and could also offer gluten-free. The food was delicious! They even make Matcha Lattes. Very recommended!
