Uncle Tsu - Reservar una mesa

After they were reliant on hang-side chips, this was really refreshing. the staff was very knowledgeable about their menu and eager to help. the food was freshly prepared and tasteful. we had to get the boa-backs and the peanut-satay-poke bowl. we have filled ourselves for a afternoon of skiing. will definitely be back for more.

The best discovery of the week. If you are skiing in the 3 valleys, you probably have already realized that the options are not great. Uncle Tsu is the opossite. We had lunch twice here during skiing and all that ee was amazing, full of taste and so many options to choose from.

Finally there is a restaurant that offers something other than home cooking! eating was incredibly delicious and looks great, it was a pure pleasure and only recommended. it is more on the menu vegan than it stands, the mochis for example are all vegan.

amazing family startup with authentic eating. it was so beautiful that we had eaten twice there! would have been 5 stars if I could give them had no contact with any non-vegan food. I loved the vegan cauliflower, nems and made home chili sauce

very welcoming and excellent vegan sushi. vegan raman and vegan tofu dish really great.
