It was an hour's drive from Hamilton to meet up with friends at Uncorked on Main in the old' downtown of Georgetown. The decor is classy/casual'...a beautiful exposed brick wall, formal dining tables, casual seating and a nice bar area. First of all I was...impressed with the wine selection. Old world and new. And a range in prices from some excellent but price friendly Niagara wines to a Caymus Cab Sauv that's among the top of wines in the world (as rated by the folks at Vivino). As to single malts again an excellent selection including Islay and Speyside. Travelling to Georgetown to visit friends , I was so happy to be able to visit my favourite restaurant. The outdoor patio complete with heaters is peace of mind during this challenging time of Covid restrictions. It’s reassuring to know they take their customers health...and safety seriously and are doing it right. Oversized market umbrellas help with any inclement weather and the quality of the menus offerings makes the alfresco dining experience so worth it! I think it’s important to support our favourite haunts during this pandemic and it’s great to know UnCorked has my back!

Been here a handful of times with friends and can say it has a great atmosphere. The servers are friendly and attentive to customer needs, and the food is ok. Ive tried a few appetizers and they are decent, but Prices for food and drinks...are too high in my opinion. The patio outback is nice and private and love when they have a live band/singer inside. Overall a fun place to go with friends once in a while!

After years of wanting to experience Uncorked on Main I finally made my way there it definitely did not disappoint! The food is incredible! It’s one of those places you leave know you are going to have a craving for it week after...week. Well done! The drinks were delicious as well. We asked for a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu it was on point. Thank you for everything! Can’t wait to come back again

Was looking for a nice spot in Georgetown for fresh, small sharing dishes. Uncorked was the perfect find for the area. Most of their dishes are very good for sharing and the ones we have had were very tasty. Their cocktails are also very tasty,...so it is a must try spot if you are in the Georgetown area.

This place is memorable because of it’s amazing “vibe”. Everything from the layout, to the menu, the music, and the fantastic outdoor patio is top drawer. The tapas and signature cocktails are amazing, the live music is always great. I can’t say enough about this...place. It never fails to hit the target!

I recently attended a private function at Uncorked on Main. The place has a nice vibe. The appertizers were very tasty and they had a great selection of craft beers on tap. All-in-all we had an enjoyable night out.

This is our go to spot for drinks and music. They have a great patio and we enjoy the environment. Definitely ask what vegan options they may have flatbread or vegan cheese plate are often available.

Great ambience, and the food is even better! Service is great too. The layout is conducive to couples as well as small groups, and if you go after generally they have some excellent entertainment.

Super nice spot to take on an evening of wino and really good nibbles. Great atmosphere. Live band several evenings a week. Very tasty food including share plates. Don't miss it.
