Une Table Sympa - Reservar una mesa

We were looking for a place for dinner towards the end of our holiday in the Vendee and came across this place by chance. We were lucky to get a table because the place filled up very quickly after we were seated. We did notice how accommodating the lady was (we think she was the patron) at trying to get new tables laid as soon as clients departed. The service could have been quicker but with the level of staff versus the number of tables being serviced we could understand the slight though acceptable delay. We also know that French people take their time over their meals so in the circumstances the hotel did very well!

very friendly and helpful staff. The food was really tasty, well presented and served with aplomb. We were lucky enough to get seated outside on a nice warm sunny day, and despite my clumsy tripping over some decking, they couldn't have been more helpful, concerned and welcoming.The waiter had a cracking sense of humour, deftness and a gift for making one grin in turn.We both loved it here and intend to return again before we have to return to grey, wet England !

We dined here on the Friday night and were delighted by the selection of sea food for starters, followed by one of the tenderest steaks followed by a traditional dessert. The cuisine here is traditional french and moderately priced. The local wine was of excellent quality and priced sensibly. Overall an excellent evening, the service was superb with the waiter asking for the correct translation in english of framboise.

Visited for lunch Wide selection of meals on the menu ! Meals arrived quickly and were greatly enjoyed. Very relaxed atmosphere did not feel rushed. May be a good idea to book if visiting at the height of season. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would recommend this Restaurant.

Good local food, not too pricey and very friendly service. Lots of locals eating in the restaurant which is always a good sign!
