7/9/22 update: I came to my anniversary with my husband and made a reservation online a few hours ago. We immediately sat what was nice. We first asked about water, but I later ordered an icy tea that I never got (not a big thing, did not remember the waiter because we were doing quite a lot of food). We ordered and our food came out pretty fast. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, garden salad, Margarita Pizza, Pesto Pasta and Pan roasted chicken. Everything was pretty good, but the salad was a liiiiitle too boring (not sure it had some lemon vinaigrette on it or it was very easy) and the pasta under seasoned. Love? This place can think I haven't reviewed it yet??? Before Covid I came here all the time when it was one of my favorite breakfast places because I was obsessed with the cookies. I always have the eggs and love how it came with salad. I also like the cooking specialties they have recently changed hands, I look forward to seeing new menu items. The pizza here is amazing bc they have fired a wood thing. Absolute perfection best describes our meals. The Fried Chicken was a whole free range chicken cut up and was the most amazing delicious crispy battered chicken I've had EVER! How have I gone this long without trying this dish?!?! The flavor of the rosemary lemon brine was unbelievable! It was paired with the most perfectly seasoned fried potatoes. The Rigatoni pasta with sausage ricotta cheese broccoli melts in your mouth. The Union Pizza came with a unique blend of toppings that's sure to delightfully surprise you. Drinks were the best part (very pretty mixed drinks and great tasting ... had the meatballs small plate (that was good ... for dinner had the roasted chicken plate ..yeah not so good.. chicken was hella salty (couldnt even eat it and the roasted vegetables were over burnt artichokes.. but the mashed potatoes were good. Service was also very slow .. would have order more drinks but everything took so long including receiving drinks could only try 2 drinks during my time at this restaurant.. Overal not the best experience but is a nice place for a few drinks Also if u dont like eatting outside then dont eat here that is where most of the seating is outside.

We visited the restaurant early on a Friday evening and were quickly seated by the friendly staff. While the drinks were a bit on the weaker side, the food was outstanding. We started off with the frites and Brussels sprouts as appetizers, and then we tried several dishes from the dinner menu. The pizza was tasty, but the roasted chicken was truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return, though next time we might just stick to one night of drinks.

Went in early on a Friday night. Quick seating and friendly staff. Drinks were a little on the weaker side but the food was excellent. Ended up ordering the frites and Brussels sprouts for appetizers, and then we had a bunch of items off the dinner menu. Pizza was good, but the roasted chicken was EXCELLENT. Will be back again soon? probably just an off night with the drinks.

This place has some of THE BEST cocktails. Any of their classics are a great choice, you can't go wrong with any of them. I'd recommend looking at the ingredients listed to best suit your particular palate. Update: Union on Yale is still great! Their menu has undergone some updates. Drinks are still top notch. Perfect date place for evening or brunch.

I always have a great experience here. My daughters got the flapjack pancakes, which are amazing and the french toast which tastes like bread pudding. Delicious! The only downside is their water doesn't taste great. I think my home tap water might taste better.

Eating here is very good. Open daily after 4 o'clock. Open for brunch on Sat/Sun 10am-2pm. Happy Hour starts 2pm, with 30% discount. Pizzas are great. Parking can be a challenge, the best bet is a little further towards W 4th Street.

Very cool environment. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was great! Favorite app was the beer battery cauliflower. I had the highest pizza and it was delicious. Big enough to share. Will definitely visit here again.
