I was contemplating on eating Mediterranean Food or Pizza. And ended up choosing this place. Everything was good until they brought the slice of pizza out... Their sauce and cheese tastes great, but what killed the whole thing was that they gave me WARM pizza (more like room temp). Thats a sin for pizza house on my list. The tomato sauce and cheese was perfect, the dough was over baked. The taste is there but they gotta refine on how temerature and time.
The highlight of this restaurant is definitely the people. However, I recommend skipping the food altogether. Instead, head next door to the market and grab a frozen pizza—it’s basically the same thing, just more affordable. The taste will be similar but at a lower price. Honestly, having both New York and Chicago styles on the menu should have been a red flag. On the bright side, the staff is really friendly.
Eventually, a worker appeared, and it looked like they had forgotten to put my slice in the oven. I noticed them preparing to do so, but I couldn't tell if they had washed their hands after coming in from outside. I politely asked if I could have a refund, explaining that I needed to leave. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place again due to the disappointing customer service.
Their thin crust pizzas are good, but the deep dish pizzas are *really* good. I keep wanting to try something new and deciding to get the Classic Deep Dish again (spinach, roasted garlic, ricotta and mushrooms) and normally I don't even like mushrooms! Reserva una mesa ahora
Pizza was good but the lady working the counter was absolutely rude when we politely asked for paper plates. She shot my friend a very condescending look as if we asked her for some money.
Delivery sucks!!!! They said one hour. It took two and a half.When we called. The man who answered said , I have no idea what you ordered or where it is.!!!Get your house in order!!!!
The fettuccine Alfredo pasta sauce tasted like water, the pasta was undercooked, the prosciutto that comes in it was inedible and the mushrooms were almost rotting away.
I haven't had a deep dish Chicago pizza in over (don't judge me)20 years. I love them and Union is my go for deep dish! Reserva una mesa ahora
