Union Square Donuts

I visited Union Square Donuts for the first time last week, and the aroma of fresh donuts hit me as soon as I approached. The space is quite small—just five people inside can make it feel crowded—but the experience is definitely worth it. The staff is friendly, and the Cinnabon was delicious, along with the other donuts. However, I particularly loved the cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, the donuts didn’t live up to my expectations. I've had excellent brioche donuts in the past, and these just don't compare. I gave them a few chances since they look so appealing, but it feels like that's just part of the marketing. On a positive note, the staff is great, but the donuts themselves are lacking. (The burger place here, on the other hand, deserves a solid 5 stars.) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5

I've visited a few times, but during my most recent trip last week, the donuts lacked flavor and had a texture similar to cardboard. The strawberry coconut one was quite bland, and the other donuts had such a thin layer of frosting that they were unimpressive as well. We ended up going to Kane's instead, where we found bigger, more affordable, and much tastier donuts. Food: 1
