I had a great experience at this restaurant, enjoying the delicious ales from the Hop Fuzz Brewery. The Martello ale was particularly outstanding. Despite not being a big fan of ale or alcohol in general, I ended up trying two and even taking a two pint takeout. Currently, I am enjoying a half pint and loving it. I highly recommend visiting this place. Although I didn't try the food, it looked fantastic and was reasonably priced. Will definitely have to come back for a meal next time!

I normally walk my dogs along the Royal Military Canal towards New Romney from the bottom of West Hythe Hill and we stumbled across Unit 1. We were welcomed by friendly staff and dogs are allowed in so we stopped for some drinks to which there was a good selection of at very reasonable prices. Since discovering Unit 1 less than a month ago we've been back 3-4 times and will continue to visit with friends and family as we have been how have also been impressed like myself

my man loves his ales and in the regular micro pubs have not much more in them. because I don't drink alcohol, I find that there is a good choice of soft drinks and make them coffee. for those of you who drink, but do not like, they also camp, weeping and spiritual. eating is limited choice and once its gone, but it is brilliant, so they give it a try. Thursday evening is pizza evening and we have eaten several times there.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I definitely will be back! The atmosphere is great, the location is beautiful, and they have a good variety of ale and cider. I'm looking forward to returning to sample the food next time! Reserva una mesa ahora

We had a delightful family meal here on Sunday. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. It's a beautiful place to unwind, enjoy a drink, and relax.

Such a lovely little place! Great to go and relax after a long walk along the canal! Friendly staff, warm and cosy. Accepts dogs as well.
