Customer service is lacking and the unpleasant woman who works at the reception at the DFW United Club Lounge at 9:30 Ct on 3 February 2023 should be fired. I came by to see if I could access the Club Lounge to take a number of conference calls for work. Because of the pandemic I haven't traveled so much until recently, and I admit that I don't cheat on all current or new rules regarding the United Club access. When I came to the club lounge without welcoming me, I was immediately instructed that outside the kitchen was not allowed and I had to throw them away. I had a disappointing experience with the front desk associate at this restaurant. She was quite rude and seemed unwilling to listen, coming off as if she knew everything. I believe a little politeness and calmness would go a long way. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. I also won't be flying with United Airlines.

We ordered a brisket sandwich that was barely warm and very dry. We mentioned our concerns, but the staff did not address the issues. Overall, we had to wait for 4 hours for our food and were disappointed.

This is the ideal way to wait at the airport. There’s a peaceful atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, cozy seating, private restrooms, and a selection of food and drinks. It makes waiting feel worthwhile!

This location offers surprisingly better food and service compared to the lounges I've visited in Houston. The staff also appears much happier and is truly delightful.
