As a 4-day training course on bruz, I was tempted by this university restaurant. At the same time there was no big choice in the area to quickly recover. The menu that struck me the most is this chicken in drums and its purée (basic type that is much more succulent) sprinkled with a hint of lyophilized sauce. I ate what I was served because I was raised like that, but I can tell you that quality was really not there. I don't ask for a 4-star menu but a minimum. I'm sure my 8-year-old son eats a lot of healthier and better prepared products in his school. I don't know what left me bitter. Can also be the public price of this meal paid 8 euros. I will not return for my part to this university...
