Beer great selection. Laganitas IPA very good. Starter Pork Rillettes and Cured Sausage was ok, if a little too rustic. Mains Haddock and chips. Fish was a couple of smallish but thick chunks, deep fried in crispy batter. The fish was very fresh and tasty although I would say it was slightly smoked, which is unusual. Chips were mass produced, frozen crinkle cut and went cold very quickly not good. On previous visits ive had burgers and the hot bagel sandwiches both of which are ok, but not anything special. This bar gets very busy and is more of a drinkers place than food. If your not looking for anywhere special and just want a quick hot meal, with good drinks this is the place.
This is a noisy bar in the evening and sound bounces off the stark walls. For me it’s too noisy but there was a big crowd dancing and singing away so suits this type of person. Also had crying babies. Ordered melted Camembert which was very nice, also some tapas and sharing plates. Chicken wings were good, deep fried red chilli with cream were too. Wine was nice.

Seems like a cool place and I’m sure it’s lively later in the evening but at 16:00 when it opens it was quiet. The staff was helpful and served me a French beer (la Bête) but the kitchen doesn’t open until 19:00.

It's the first time I'm going.c is my best friend who made me discover this friendly side. The staff is very smiling c is welcoming reassuring. G find the map very affordable. I'll be back.
We had an impromptu dinner here with friends a few nights ago. As others have mentioned, it is a bit noisy, but it's fun, food is OK and a large array of drinks. Nice young vibe.
Great concept, we had a good evening with friends and we had a good time with the sub-verres... good beers, good tapas, everything's fine! We're going back to it.
