Upper Crust - Reservar una mesa

First time dining at this particular Upper Crust. Not quite as good as the original. Side note of notice: sitting at our table watched one of the employees brush her hair in front of the counter for several minutes! I continued to watch her to make sure she was not handling any of our food. I was waiting on someone on staff to tell her to stop and how unsanitary it was!!
