Upstairs at the Grill

Top quality food and customer service. Took my partner who is pregnant, she either couldnt have or didnt fancy anything off the menu. They went over the road to the sister venue, got a menu, let her pick off it and made it for her. My steak was perfect too ! They left a birthday card on the table too which was a nice touch. Thank you to the very helpfull staff.

every time I came to chester for the day, I always wanted to try this place, as he always looked so inviting, every time I would go by. I must finally try and I can say I was not disappointed eating and the service was excellent with a beautiful atmosphere. highly recommended. I'll be back in a moment.

We have become regulars at this place and have NEVER had a bad meal or service. The steak has been amazing every time and the staff really welcoming. My parents have become accustomed to us taking them there every time they come to see us as they love it too!

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and on my table there was a birthday card from the staff! How thoughtful! Food was utterly delicious and the service from staff was 10 stars! Would recommend and return! Thank you!

without doubt this is one of the best places we have ever eaten! atmosphere and personal were fantastic. the eating was amazing and we just loved the rest of the whole place. really would recommend everyone. thanks young, we had a nice time

the staff was so polite and knowledgeable that eating was ridiculously good, never tasted steak like it and the mac and the cheese was to die! good 2 hours drive worth!
