Urban Air Trampoline And Adventure Park

Absolutely unsatisfied the last time we went to Urban Air in Mokena. This location has gone down hill so much. The bathrooms were disgusting and not stocked but they have a ton of staff members walking around talking to each other and not taking care of the building. The only nice greeting we received was the security guard when we walked in. We did not get a pleasant greeting by any staff members including the “Team Leads” Many attractions were not open. As well as usually with rope climb, places have had staff up there to assist kids when they need help but they had no staff up there to help. I saw 2 kids get twisted up with one another. In the past I have seen staff up there. When I went to the concession stand to place an order, a staff member was on his personal phone and walked away. I waiting for another 10 minutes and no one attended to me so I walked away. I sat and watch a father and son wait at concession for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. In my opinion this location has very poor management with their staff. I definitely do not recommend to anyone, it’s a waste of money for the amount you pay to have your kids play, and definitely will never go back.

Avoid this place at all costs. Every single employee there is not paying attention to a single thing. It is clear they are concerned with socializing, being on their phones, and avoiding any actual work. At one point yesterday there were two employees who got into an altercation and the girl employee was beating up the other employee. Literally punching him in the face. My friend had to step in and stop it and the other employee was like we are just playing. I’m sorry I don’t need my six year old to see anyone behaving like that. What makes the situation is worse is that at one point an employee who is suppose to be the “team lead” was literally sitting there watching two other employees “shadow box” without saying a single word to them. They need to fire the whole staff and start all over. I won’t be returning.

This place is nice, big fun place, nice young staffs, very professional staff, food was good, moderate prices, alot of fun for kids, some of the staff are not moving fast enough with getting the food ready, my kids has a blast. We met some nice people here and a kid was just playing with my 2 yr old baby like she knew him before. We met some nice friendly young parents there too and they wanted us to share in their baby birthday since we are having a birthday treat for my kids too. The Bathrooms are messy because people keep putting some pieces of bath tissues on the floor and left the toilet bowl unflushed with pee inside it, smelly bathroom, needs attention here. Overall, it was a fun play to get the kids play and knock themselves out. Will visit again

My daughter went here once, my husband thought he was getting her a membership for the month(it was less than going there 1x, so seemed like a deal), and it turns out that it’s a year membership scam. I’ve called, emailed, etc, the girl on the phone hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager to cancel. Avoid this place, the employees and the contract. $300 to go there one time. A legit scam.

Give my refund. Look under the better business reviews and Google complaints. I still haven't received my refund. I wrote the CEO and everyone. Very money hungry ppl. Teens that work there have attitudes and look mean
