We recently held an event in the event space at Urban Growler, and it far exceeded our expectations. The venue was wonderful – spacious, well-designed, and perfect for our needs. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, creating the ideal setting for our gathering. What truly made the experience exceptional was the Urban Growler event staff. They were not only highly professional and attentive, but also genuinely enthusiastic and engaging. Kaylee, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service. She was incredibly accommodating and patient, easily handling all of our requests and ensuring everything went smoothly. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless, thanks in large pa...

This is a fantastic brewery and kitchen that specializes in their cream ale. After a long absence, we decided to go back for their famous Fish Fry Friday and it did not disappoint! The service was extremely fast and friendly, with the bartenders and food runners going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The building has a charming rustic vibe and a dog-friendly patio. We tried their märzen and candy corn cream ale, both of which were excellent. The märzen had a nice malty flavor without being too sweet, while the cream ale had a creamy mouthfeel without tasting like candy. The fried walleye was exceptional, with a flakey and tender texture and a light panko coating. Even t...

I find it strange that I consistently give five-star ratings to Minnesota breweries, as I strive to maintain objectivity. However, every brewery I have visited in Minnesota, including this one, deserves the highest praise. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a stunning patio that welcomes dogs. They serve delicious food, and the location is enjoyable. They often host pop-up events and markets. The beer was exceptional, leaving nothing to be desired. Minneapolis truly stands out in terms of quality.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure. Tucked away behind an industrial park off of University Ave, its lovely patio and historic building make it a perfect summer destination. It's evident that they take pride in their food, as they seem to make everything from scratch. I tried the nachos with beer cheese and pork, and they were delicious. The beer selection is also excellent. I highly recommend this place.
