The shop is cute but no indoor seating. Everywhere is displayed with anime related items, which I did enjoy browsing while waiting for my order. The place was pretty clean and staffs were fairly nice.I ordered a coffee milk tea with no toppings and a original bubble waffle with powder sugar. Not hype bout either of the item. Probably no need to give another try. The coffee milk tea has only coffee and water taste. Rarely any milk tea taste. Yea, you can say watered down milk tea added strong coffee in it. The original bubble waffle was a bit tasteless or not much flavors to it. Not crunchy, but maybe it’s meant not to be made crunchy like the HK style. A bit disappointed after all.
Came to pick up order for my girlfriend, showed them the order with a picture the lady at the front desk replies with a bad attitude “we’re finishing up, there’s only 4 of us.” I said of course no worries. But the way she said it was so rude!!!!! So I sat down I see the signs that they’re short staffed but that doesn’t mean you take it out on the customer spending money in your establishment. I work in customer service I’m easy to please but the attitude was the reason for my one star review. The vibe was cool when I walked in , I liked the layout decor but the lady at the front desk ruined it for me.

The first time I came here, I was a bit annoyed that the counter lady did not turn around and acknowledge me. I did take into consideration that she was doing an order, so I waited patiently. I took the time to walk around the store and view the anime (I'm into anime). I asked what was highly recommended, and she advised the brown sugar milk tea. It was super delicious that I brought my kids with me next time!

I love the bubble waffles they sell, really good! but definitely not worthy the 40 minutes wait and with not seats at the place to wait. I’m sure there’s a way to do it better
