My husband and I are members of the Plate Pass program, and we absolutely love it! The service is outstanding. Nearly all of the food is organic and incredibly delicious, with prices that are surprisingly affordable—especially with the Plate Pass benefits. You might even spend more at a fast food place! We have friends who dine there several times a week. The Portobello sandwich is amazing, and my husband can't get enough of their beef and mushroom braise. The menu's flexibility is fantastic, catering to both of our preferences: my husband enjoys everything except seafood, while I am a vegetarian. There are plenty of great options for both of us! Danny the manager and Giovanna at Urban Plate provided exceptional service during my recent visit. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their creativity in suggesting unique menu options and their knowledge about the ingredients used truly enhanced my meal. I highly recommend Urban Plate and commend Danny and Giovanna for their outstanding service.

Our host and hostess, Danny and Janet, served us incredibly well. We had a large and very hungry group of stagehand. To our astonishment, our food was brought to us ever so quickly. In addition, normally, we’d eat and leave the establishment as soon as we are done so we can catch up on rest. But, because the atmosphere was so tranquil and pleasant, we stayed and caught up with each other. Thanks :

Though the atmosphere was delightful and the food was flavorful. The medium steak and the skewed shrimp were not hot. Ultimately, we go to a restaurant for hot and flavorful food. Came in for the 2nd time today’s experience was just as pleasant as the last. I don’t remember who helped me last time but Danny Sean (Shawn) took care of us today. They were both kind attentive before after placing my order. Bonus points for being patient playful with my 6 year old!

This was my first time here with my coworkers and I fell in love with it. Not only is the food delicious but the servers and workers were all so nice and attentive. Shoutout to Danny and Mark for helping us today!Dietary restrictions: Cashier will ask you if there are any allergies.

I strongly advise against dining here. I ordered roasted potatoes and discovered two dead maggots underneath them. I promptly requested a refund, but I can't shake off the shock of what I saw. While the staff is very friendly, this experience has completely turned me off.

Danny is very knowledgeable about menu items! Marc is extremely pleasant as he rang up our orders! Haven’t been here in a while but so glad we came in! Very friendly and accommodating staff! Will be returning
