Outstanding customer service. This was my first visit to this restaurant at Tyson Galleria. The atmosphere was clean and refreshing. As we were entering the line, Mike greeted us and answered all of my questions. He offered to walk me through the line and bring my try to the table for me. Shell was very friendly also and took initiative to invite me to taste the vegan friendly options. Although few outside of the salad, I thoroughly enjoyed! I love Urban Plates. Especially the privilege of having a multiple locations where ever you travel to, being gluten-free it’s hard to be in many places and not have anything to eat but this place can satisfy any allergy. I get the same thing every single time even when I’m at home in California but that just means that everything that they have on their menu is good enough to eat every single time. Get the wild nicoise salad so good!!! They have the best gluten-free flourless chocolate cake that I’ve ever tried in my entire life.

Delicious food with great outdoor seating, all at an amazing price!! My husband can't believe his Moroccan chicken was only $10 and literally tasted home made. My salmon and two sides were so fresh and sooo tasty at $15. I've easily paid double for these dishes and they weren't nearly as tasty or fresh. We also love their drink that has coconut in it. We felt like we were at the beach. We can't wait to come back!!!

Went here to try it out after seeing it next Lady M’s. Did not know what to expect with it but I was pleasantly surprised! The grass fed steak they have is cooked and flavored really well! Their chimichurri chicken is also amazing! Just a little heads up with the brussel sprouts, it seems to have some sprinkling of lemon juice which was off putting at first because I wasn’t expecting it, but it’s still amazing. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant, especially its location near the entrance/exit, making it a convenient spot for a work lunch. The nautical theme, complete with lights and nets, created a cool vibe. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with no issues at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place because the food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. Give it a try!

The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was fantastic! I really appreciate the organic and grass-fed ingredients they offer, which aren’t commonly found in many restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Some of the freshest and best food I’ve ever had from a cafeteria-style restaurant. At lunchtime prepare for long lines and sparse seating, especially for parties of more than 2.
