Urban Turban - Reserva de mesa

I used to enjoy this place, but as of today, I can no longer do so. I came in around 1 o'clock to grab some curry for lunch. There were 3 girls working behind the counter. When I placed my order with one of them, an older Indian woman suddenly interrupted our conversation and started placing her order with the same staff member. The staff immediately began serving the rude lady before I had even finished placing my order. I like the food here, but I may have to think twice before returning. To the employees, please make sure to serve customers in the order they placed their orders.

We had a very bad experience, we found a fly in our food we had take away from URBAN TURBAN Carousel. I went back to complain, and asked for refund, when I was told to come back some other day. No proper response, No refund,...nothing at all, that was so annoying, I am surprised to see this attitude and poor standard of hygiene in Australia. I really want to go further with my complain, can anyone tell me whom should I contact. I have the photo with fly in food. Hina

I visited today and got a hahn from the curry. also who owns the restaurant I don't know, but the staff is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to the customers. I have to eat terrible things like nightmares.

urban Turban/Tikka turban are a chain in perth, the uninspiring, bland almost food indian and the wange to avoid a premium for them against other Indian food court style providers in perth.

Girl at the front couldn't put the rice on a separate plates so then asked if she could put the rice next to the curry on the same plate instead of on top

The owner should be ashamed. He pays his staff poorly, only about $10 per hour! The restaurant consistently serves old food.

the owner is shameful. doesnt pay his staff well. just like $10 an hour! they serve old food all the time.
