"This place has decent space. Lost 1 star because there had been a flood in the room next to us and the floor was soaking. There was also a problem with the pipes and the hot water had been switched off for a day. Other than that it was great."

Esta fue la mejor experiencia del viaje de mi vida. Hazte un favor y quédate en cualquier otro lugar. El precio bajo no vale la pena. Los armarios de las habitaciones a menudo dejarían de trabajar. Teníamos un portátil y una billetera robadas de un comedor vacío mientras estábamos sentados en la mesa justo al lado de nosotros. El día anterior hubo un intento de robo en dos chicas aleatorias en el área de cocina. Otro tipo perdió su billetera en la zona común. El personal era incómodo y desestimaba todo. La administración era inexistente durante días después. Las cámaras están ahí para un falso sentido de seguridad y no para su protección. Cuando es necesario, el vídeo de la cámara de repente...
Mixed feelings … we had a four bed room for three girls. The beds cracked with every move and the dusty carpets were not exactly inviting. We were woken up one morning at 7am with a short fire alarm … after asking the staff at the reception whether it was a malfunction they just shrugged and said it’s broken but being fixed … would have been nice to know in advance. We didn’t hear the other guests too much (also went during quiet season in January). Bonus is the quiet location, close proximity to the metro and cute cafes and restaurants around.
Had a pleasant time at Urbany Hostel. The night staff was incredible and check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. The day staff (particularly the ones dealing with breakfast) were alright. At moments it felt they were doing us a favour, even though it was an add-on breakfast voucher. The rooms were clean and they seem to make sure it stays that way, which is good. Overall a good experience there.
La habitación se sentía como una celda. Podías sentir los manantiales a través del colchón, sólo tenía unas 2 horas de sueño durante mi estancia. El baño es asqueroso y anticuado, la habitación da apenas suficiente espacio para dos personas mucho menos 4. La zona era agradable y el desayuno y la terraza eran buenos, pero no me quedaría aquí otra vez.
