we took gyoza (7.9 euros). These were caramelized in a soy sauce. It was very good. We also took a menu at 20 euros with a green salad with a sesame vinaigrette and then, 8 salmon makis and a assortment of 6 sushis, all very good with each time a small condiment on the top, which gives a very good taste and a touch of originality. We also took a soba that we loved moderately. Go instead for sushi that are really fine and delicious, fish melts in the mouth. The presentation was also very pretty. A Japanese certainly a little expensive than the average, but the quality is at the rendezvous!

I've been going to Japanese restaurants for years, and I realize that they're just some kind of canteen compared to ushio. The dishes are excellent. fish are fine, sauces with spices that give another relief to the dishes. This small restaurant invites us to travel through its tasty dishes. prices are in the average and the quality is well present. I'll go back there without hesitation.

We tried this restaurant with my partner, being both Japanese cooking fans and we were not disappointed. The dishes are varied, not only sushi but also hot dishes. the dishes were tasteful and worked, an explosion of flavors at each bite. a nice surprise, we look forward to going back to taste other specialties.
we stopped with the advice trip advisor for a take-away meal. sushi are really different, extra fresh fish, aromatic herbs, prepared under our eyes. may be a little more expensive than others but seen the freshness of the products. Very friendly chef. Have a redo!
