I've been going to Ushio restaurant for several years. Every time it's always so good! I was used to Japanese restaurants held by Chinese. The first time I came here I was surprised by the absence of sweet sauce, skewers in the menu, and hot towels at the time of payment. Just because it's a real Japanese!
