Sabine and Pierre are wonderful hosts with plenty of stories from the rings they used to have in Spain. Pierre is a cook with passion and we talked at length about food, had a very good dinner (loved the Spätzle! , and even got to taste his excellent Goulash. With their easy going attitude and rich life experiences, it felt like meeting old friends. The hotel itself is quite traditional with lots of paintings to discover. Rooms are rustic, wifi works fine. There is a large garage to store bikes and charge the batteries. Vielen Dank liebe Sabina und Pierre für die fünf wunderbarenTage in eurem liebevoll eingerichteten Hotel mit den gemütlichen Zimmern. Kulinarisch war es einfach super. Das Frühstück bestand aus lokalen Leckereien, so dass der Tag schon gut anfing. Jeden Abend gab es eine andere lokale oder internationale Spezialität, zubereitet von Pierre mit fast ausschließlich lokalen Produkten von kleinen Betrieben. Sabina kümmert sich um das Wohl der Gäste und macht das mit Freude und Herzblut, so dass sich jeder im Hotel wohlfühlen kann. Zur Natur in Graubünden muss man nichts sagen, die ist einfach fantastisch.
Late on a June afternoon we were looking for options to sleep and we discovered, by chance, this little paradise where we could spend the night. Both the restaurant and the rooms are perfect and the attention of Sabina and Pierre is exquisite. I hope to visit you again soon.
