Ustria Miracla, - Reservar una mesa

We were staying at Hotel La Val and dined at the Ustria Miracla. The restaurant, the photographs are posted online, has tables nicely spaced between each person with a banquette area which does not have a view of the mountains but is more private, whilst window tables have a more light and airy view. However, all tables are pleasant and of a good size. The menu comprises around six options for each course with a three or four course option. We chose the chicken salad, curry soup, local fillet of beef and the cordon bleu. The style of the cuisine is relatively mainstream with uncomplicated sauces and flavours, but delicately combined. Spontan habe ich mich für das Nachtessen im Laval entschieden. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüssung konnte ich den Apéro auf der Terrasse geniessen. Zum Essen habe ich mich dann ins schön eingerichtete Restaurant begeben. Die Speisekarte ist sehr saisonal und regional ausgerichtet. Die Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und die Teller sehr schön angerichtet. Das Bündnerplättli, die Gerstensuppe, der Saibling, das Rindsfilet, der Käseteller und die Süsse Varation waren einfach super fein. Der Service war stets sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die beiden neuen Gastgeber waren um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Alles in allem ein gelungener...

Wir waren drei Abende imRestaurant Miracla essen. Schönes Ambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen hat uns nicht überzeugt. Keine Speise der mehreren Gänge war herausragend, alles okay aber nicht mehr. Das Rinderfilet wie auch Schweinefilet war über alle drei Abende hinweg nicht von besonderer Qualität und zum grossen Teil zäh. Schade! Passte für uns nicht zu dem schönen Hotel.

We had dinner here along with our stay in the hotel, everything from start to finish is perfect, the hotel has a fantastic 4 course menu for dinner with good choices to mix and match. The starters and the soup was perfect and prepared to perfection. The main course was also very good All in all the food and the ambience is absolutely perfect . Will surely be back when back in Brigels

nice place to dine... we had it including a Geburtstagsständchen for my wife The menue was delicious and the servive was at the point.....
