Absolutely abysmal! Half the frozen yogurt machines were out of order, and half the ones that didn't have signs on them didn't work. They had vanilla, chocolate, and cake batter as the only working options. All of them had hand written signs to push the handles up when done (maybe the owners could maintain their equipment better? . The rest of the machines were dripping. There weren't any sample cups available either and there was messed frozen yoghurt on the floor. Needless to say I left and didn't order anything.
Great place to get frozen yogurt located in the Outlets of MS shopping area. They have a great selection of yogurt flavors with numerous toppings that you can add to it. They also have a good selection of fudge and chocolate desserts. The place is kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Price may be a little high for some considering its frozen yogurt and it's priced on the overall weight of the cup. All in all, a good place to step in and grab a good quick frozen treat.

I've visited several times, and every cashier I've encountered has been unkind. In a place that is supposed to be family-friendly, the staff should at least attempt to be pleasant when customers are present.

I have been here multiple times and all cashiers I’ve ever seen have been extremely rude. At a place that’s very kid friendly staff should learn how to at least fake happy while customers are around.

I would give it 5 stars if they had an option of a smaller cup for ice cream. I had no idea they went by the weight for pricing and ended up paying $33 for 2 cups of ice cream. Yes. $33. 2 cups. .79 per oz. It was super good, but costly.
Everything I’ve tried has been incredibly delicious and always satisfies my sweet cravings! The chocolate here is the highest quality in the area! I absolutely LOVE it!
I ordered yogurt and my husband had a latte. We were both satisfied with our selections. However, the cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't engage in conversation.
Other people on here with bad reviews are wrong, u-swirl is an amazing place to get a frozen treat, great toppings and things to chose from

Nice, open space. If you've been to a fro-yo shop, you'll know what to expect.
