This cozy spot is tucked away from the busy Rutgers area, which I really appreciate. The decor is delightful—bright, well-organized, and easy to navigate for ordering. Due to its size, it’s more of a grab-and-go place. The prices are reasonable for the area, and there is a wide variety of flavors and drink options available. The staff were friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We will definitely be coming back again with the family!
Brown Sugar is a classic spot! I tried the dark oolong tea with aloe jelly, and it was fantastic. The service is quick, and they accurately handle modifications even for online orders. The indoor seating area is charming. There's street parking available outside, but it can get quite busy. You can also place your order through a kiosk.
This is definitely the best bubble tea shop I've ever visited, where the drinks truly taste like tea instead of being overly sweet. The flavors are fantastic, and I particularly appreciate that the toppings are always unique and complement the tea without overwhelming it.

The red bean milk tea features real red beans, which adds a wonderful touch. The boba is soft and warm, making it a pleasure to drink. Furthermore, the service was prompt and friendly.

They have the best brown sugar bubble tea!!! Gong cha’s tea is nowhere close to Utepia. 11/10 for Utepia.
