A friend and I were heading to a different restaurant when happened to pass UThai Kitchen. We decided to stop and give it a try and was not let down. Some of the best Thai food I have eaten in Adelaide. Sorry the photos were taken after my friend had already started. Highlights were the chicken wings, salt and pepper squid and the ginger chilli chicken. The only downside was they do not have a liquor license. If you could get a beer with your meal this place would be perfect. Update went back again and they are applying for a liquor license. This time highlights were BBQ chicken and beef salad, amazing flavours.

There’s a lot of Thai eateries around the place, but we couldn’t think of too many in the Glenside area. That’s until the recent opening of Uthai Kitchen on Greenhill Road. Run by husband and wife team, Carlo and Meree, the couple have quickly gained a loyal following among locals with their fresh and delicious, authentic Thai cuisine. The menu is filled with all your Thai favourites set out in a simplified format.

My partner and I come here regularly. The service is excellent. The owners are very friendly. The food is the best you will find anywhere. We could get take away if we wanted but prefer to be waited on. We have recommended Uthai to all out friends and hope more people will come. You don’t know what you are missing!

I absolutely love this Thai restaurant in Australia because they serve dishes with strong, bold flavors at very reasonable prices. They also have a wide selection of specifically vegan dishes, making it easy for me to enjoy a delicious meal. This restaurant is definitely my top choice for Thai cuisine. Reserva una mesa ahora

Tried Uthai for the first time last night due to there being a great looking vegan menu. Each dish was super flavourful and delicious and I love that they had some mock meats available. I think this will be a new favourite! Edit: UTHAI IS MY FAVOURITE TAKEAWAY IN ADELAIDE! Perfect, every time!

Uthai Kitchen is a great choice when the nearby vegetarian restaurants are closed. We enjoyed a family meal with delicious appetizers and main dishes that satisfied everyone. The curries were a little mild for our taste, so make sure to request spicier options if you prefer.

The food was simply amazing. I have personally never been here before however after looking for somewhere new with a decent Vegan menu. We were super happy with the food and service here!

Delicious Thai restaurant that seats 14 people. We came here prior to a Z ward ghost tour. Perfect place for take away.
