Always a great experience for this restaurant. We go there about twice a year due to lack of means but each time we are very happy with the quality of the food. Nothing to complain about except that we hope it will last a long time. Even during covid they were always there to prepare our orders for us. Always caring for customers. ... Another extraordinary meal. Excellent service. A very fair wine deal that made me discover wines that I did not know. And dishes! Unbelievable with perfect cooking (especially last night line bar and reddish net) At the price of the chef’s inspiration menu the val d’auge remains the best value for money I know.
