young amateur couple of very good restaurants (started,) we wanted to test the valdys with its magnificent terrace: a real cata for service. when we arrive at the reception we are asked the reservation name (ok) and if we have a smartbox (no) then at the restaurant they do not find our reservation (???) and we are still asked if we have a smartbox (not yet) so I conclude that it is better to abstain for the smartbox...We had come for the lobster dish but we were told that there was not a mice this evening were served by the same server that told us just before that there was no. Moreover, once the dessert card was brought, we waited for more than 30 minutes than the server came to see us to take our order and when we announced our choice it was that the dessert in question was also missing on the map. disappointment once again, so we decided to stop there. After a great lack of professionalism we asked for the addition, which never arrived to our table. So we had to go directly to the car where the staff who saw us waiting to pay the note did not care about us and when a waitress came she told us to wait for her colleague. When he arrived he sent us to the hotel reception to wait for the note (long for only 2 dishes.) the receptionist asked us if the dinner had gone well and we replied that he was lacking in professionalism. We waited for another 15 minutes for her to come back with the note (the time they find an excuse.) and we dare say that the next table had ordered the lobster 24 hours in advance, but we were next to it and they simply insisted on the order. it is deplorable that the staff is making fun of the customers! I really don't recommend it. is not worth the detour at all if it is for a coffee on the terrace with a superb view.
