Valente's Italian Specialties

Valente's Pasta is an instant classic reminiscent of my own Sicilian grandmother. The pasta was hearty and doughy in the best possible way while the sauce was light and fresh. It was as if I could taste the vine of the tomatoes. 10/10 would eat again. My grandma would be proud, and would also make me feel guilty for not being able to make pasta this good myself!

The owner claims that this store should honor the matriarchs of his family, and he makes them very proud. I can't recommend Valente very much. Amazing, wonderful and soul.
