Vallarta Mexican - Reservar una mesa

I traveled home and needed a quick bite to eat the way back through ring gold. I remember a good Mexican restaurant at the main train, but I found out it was closed. I saw a local cop and asked where the best Mexican restaurant in town is and he led me to this restaurant. At first glance, you wouldn't think much because it's in a strip-mall and not very big or have all the imagination stuff, but the food was very good. I grew up in Texas at the border with Mexico, so I know authentic Mexican food and that's it. I saw the reviews about slow service, but my experience with nothing but extraordinary. I had the chicken fajitas and they were very good. The staff were attentive and friendly considering our large group of 25+ people. My son didn’t like his order and they actually offered to swap it out for something different which was very kind. Worth a visit if you’re in Ringgold.
