Vallarta's Of Craig, Llc

My husband and I went there for dinner about 5pm on a Friday night. We got seated immediately, but nobody waited on us for about 10 minutes. Server finally got us drinks and some chips, but didn't come back to take our food order for about another 15 minutes, possibly more. Please note, there were many servers and not a lot of customers, so not sure why he took so long. Food came out quickly. Presentation was fine and the food was nice and warm. Hubby had regular enchilada. He said it was very good. I had chicken quesidilla. I thought it was bland. Lots of chicken, not much cheese and basically no flavor. I ate less than half of it. Serving sizes were generous. Cost about $38 for two adults....

Craig should be very happy that they have this outstanding Mexican restaurant. Food is fresh and very tasty. Trio appetizer was wonderful the refried beans are some of the best I have ever eaten. I had the shrimp fajitas, served sizzling hot with lots of large shrimp. Mushrooms marinated to perfection. This would be my go to place if I lived nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive.

If you like your food seasoned at all DONT go here. I am so upset to write this review because it was amazing texture and portions but honestly it would have tasted better if they used store bought seasoning pack anything would have tasted better and I paid 40 bucks for it I expect it to be seasoned and at least have some flavor

I'm still sitting at the bar at Vallartas and just want to say that hands down, this has been the best restaurant, Mexican or otherwise, I have visited. If you are withing 100 miles of this place, it's worth the detour. Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious at every level! Great deck, great service, great tunes, delicious food margs. Had a superb time on patio cuz didn’t want to return to our unfortunately, junky hotel room. Loved this place.
