Make sure you arrive at this restaurant with a big appetite because the portion sizes are incredibly generous. From the cured meat starter to the spaghetti and meatballs in a deliciously spicy tomato sauce, everything was tasty and satisfying. The strawberry cheesecake was a decadent treat to finish off the meal. The meats were fresh, the pasta perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent. Despite the busy atmosphere, the Italian hosts were incredibly friendly. Make sure to book ahead and enjoy a fantastic and authentic dining experience.

I have dined at this restaurant a few times and it never disappoints. It is a charming family-owned establishment with friendly and welcoming staff. The menu caters to meat and fish lovers, but also offers some vegetarian options. The food is exceptional, with generous portion sizes that will leave you feeling satisfied. The wine selection is great as well. Overall, it is a wonderful dining experience and I will definitely be returning.

We discovered this local Italian gem a decade ago and it has not disappointed on each and every visit. The food is fresh and portions generous. You are warmly welcomed by Carmen and her husband Carlos delivers up delicious plates from the kitchen. If you are in a rush, let the staff know. Otherwise, dining is leisurely. Not to be missed!

I came here with my Spanish class, as the lovely owners are from Spain. They were so kind, helping us practice the language and making suggestions. More to the point(! the food and wine was incredible Really great portions and lots of choice too. 100% going back ASAP! Reserva una mesa ahora

As some have said...go hungry. Lovely food, you can tell they care about what they send out of the kitchen.... wonderful owner/host. Definitely recommend if you want home made generously portioned food. Desserts are great too... with an good old dessert trolley!

Friendly, family run restaurant. Authentic Italian dishes with a focus on pasta and secondi. Always a good selection of desserts, and the side dishes of vegetables and potatoes are simple food, done very well. Portions are definitely generous.

We had the Sunday lunch menu. There was a really good range of dishes and the portions were huge the starters were main course sized. The food was excellent. The front of house lady was a real delight.
