Das Menü ist ziemlich standard in seinem Angebot mit wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier. Unserem Vegetarier wurde ein Fondu verweigert, das nur im Bistrobereich (der zu der Zeit voll besetzt war) serviert wurde. Stattdessen wurde ihnen entweder Risotto mit Gemüse oder eine schreckliche fettige Mischung namens Motze angeboten, die an gebratene Mozarella-Käsestangen erinnerte. Andere Gerichte waren sofort unvergesslich, abgesehen von der fehlenden Gemüsebegleitung. Angemessenes, ordentlich präsentiertes Personal musste dennoch gebeten werden, Weingläser aufzufüllen. Der Ma tre d 'war unhöflich und unangenehm und man muss sich fragen, was er eigentlich in einer Dienstleistungsbranche tut. Positiv zu...

... for this top notch restaurant to reopen after the virus lockdown. We became regulars. For us this is one of the best eating places in the entire Gstaad-Saanenland-Pays d 'Enhaut area. Underrated by the popular guides, compared to the German-Austrian Chefs dominance in Gstaad and environs.Outstanding stuffed saddle of hare was the last sampling of game we had before lockdown. Their herb based steak sauce is one of the best, also the only place in the area we know of, where one gets the 'real ' small french fries. Great fish, including, sometimes as daily special, fish and chips, real cod, real crispy batter, a delight. Their soups and the tarte of the day not to be missed.

Sehr schönes Hotel und Restaurant. Hotel wurde neu renoviert und sieht fantastisch aus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und traditionell. Sehr nettes Personal und gute Bedienung, alle Mehrsprachig. Sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolles Ambiente.

Excellent lunch today at Valrose. From spontaneous on-the-go booking, to very pleasant warm vibe (we sat in the cafe side), to the wonderful food (menu and à la carte), the excellent service and appropriate price: triple A on all counts. What a nice (re)discovery!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Sehr schönes Restaurant neben dem Bahnhof von Rougemont, was überhaupt kein Problem ist, eher eine Kuriosität. Gut eingerichtet, mit einem gastronomischen Menü, das wir fanden, war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Freundliches und professionelles Personal!

Ich war schon mehrere Male hier und jedes Mal war es gut. Das Essen ist von sehr hohem Standard, die Auswahl groß und das Dekor sehr stilvoll. Darüber hinaus ist der Service auch sehr gut, so werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
