Vapiano - Reserva de mesa

The worst place to be honest- you had to queue to order your food and queue waiting till it’s cooked. Not only standing and waiting while your food is being cooked in front of you but also while ALL customers food being cooked. Ridiculous . There was a company of 7 of us and each had to queue and our food was ready at different times. So then to queue to order drink from another bar. When ordered vodka and lemonade, I was given separate vodka and separate lemonade. And was told they could not mix 2 drinks in one. So you don’t get any service, not in food or drink but still paying for service. Never again! The place is like school canteen and smelly of food. Not recommended

We normally love Vapiano, so we tried it in Essen today. It was loud, the chef was pretty unpleasant and the staff in general seemed quite annoyed about their day. Our two pasta dishes were not great, but you could eat it. Until, half an hour later, we all felt pretty bad as if the food wasn't ment to be eaten anymore. Pretty disappointed about this visit... Hopefully next time it's better...

Usually the Vapiano is a good experience. Not in this case. We ordered kids pizza but they made it a regular pizza when entering it in the register. The wouldn't correct it at the counter we had to go to the front desk. After straightening this out we got 3 pizza,s when our order was ready. But we had ordered one lasagne. So we ended up eating separate because of the preparation time.

This restaurant offers very fresh food (pasta is made from scratch every morning), short to moderate waiting time, very competitive pricing, and nevertheless a relaxed and chill atmosphere. Everything is accessible step free, and a very spacious wheelchair friendly bathroom is on site (in addition to the mens and ladies restrooms of course). 10/10 Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza was good. Very good actually. But the wait was a bit long. The pizza chef forgot about my order, so I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my pizza. To be honest, I'm surprised it can even happen with their semi-automatic system.

Great service, freshly made food with good quality products, nice friendly atmosphere and staff. For friends, couples family with children and individuals.

Very good quality pasta for the price! And they prepare it on the spot while you are watching : Will definitely return when i'm in Essen again!

While it's not the best pasta in the world, it's fresh and tasty and the staff is very nice and hard-working Reserva una mesa ahora
