Weird to begin,their individual card requirement (does that even sound like customer service?!?!) Ambience is nice. Customer service is non-existent and cashier acts like a Mafia enforcement goon.What really got me was that not only did they not know how to make a simple item on their menu, but he proceeded to bring me a cup of warm milk and a bottle of honey, and told me to mix it myself. It is not rocket science, these ingredients must be cooked together to mix properly. Then he left it and quickly left forcing me to bring it back to him. Do yourself a favor and go to a small coffee house that can make the items they offer and will actually serve you.
Vapianos is on 2 levels of the Minto mall in the center of Monchen-Gladbach. The food is great and the prices low. Drinks are quite expensive and the seats are a bit less unconfortable. However we liked the ambiance and the new experience. You should not compare it to a 4-star restaurant, but to a fast-food restaurant like Mc Donalds. Then this has nmuch better food and much nice ambiance. It is very new, since the Minto seems to be new too.
This restaurant is a chain-restaurant but it is more than worth to go to have relax and good food.As you enter, you find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can sit down and order your meal.I ordered a pizza and a dessert. I reckon that the quality standards are very high. I will go there as soon as possible.They've got a new permanent customer...
At Vapiano are little surprises, and this one is no exception. The food is good, cooked to order and the atmosphere is cosmopolitan and uncomplicated. I personally love the Ricotta and Ruccola Ravioli; but all pasta is very tasty here.

The ambience is really beautiful, the waiting time stops within limits and the food is just delicious and also inexpensive! What else do you want? Very recommended on a Sunday.
Super leckere vegane Pizza! Die Gerichte und auch die Getränke sind klar als vegan gekennzeichnet. Es gibt zwei vegane Pizzen und einige vegane Pasta Gerichte.
Ich habe vegane Pinsa hier gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Knusprig, nicht zu viel Käseersatz und frisches Gemüse on top. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch super!
Super delicious food is freshly prepared in front of the eyes. I just ate pasta dishes. Always was very tasty and generous portions.

The pasta is just as good as the pizza. Only the waiting time is gone. I hope they'll come back.
